01 — Consulting: Supply Chain Review
Before we move anything, we look at what's already happening — because the biggest savings are often sitting in arrangements nobody's questioned in years.
This isn't a new idea for us. We were implementing just-in-time supply chain systems back in the 1980s, including for a textile manufacturing company where the change delivered major financial gains and improved stock turn ratios by over 70%. More recently, a supply chain review for a publishing company uncovered freight arrangements that no longer matched their volumes or routes — restructuring them saved over $250,000 in the first year. And it isn't only about annual contracts: a single shipment review for a client in the Beetaloo Basin saved over $100,000 on that shipment alone.

02 — Out-of-Gauge & Project Cargo
Some cargo simply doesn't fit the standard playbook. We've handled 120-tonne power transformers, army tank tow trucks, heavy mining equipment, and full-size brewing tanks for craft breweries around the country — the kind of freight that needs route surveys, permits and specialised transport worked out before it ever leaves the ground.
Every out-of-gauge job gets the same approach: assess the cargo and the route, secure the right permits and equipment, and manage the movement end-to-end so nothing is discovered the hard way, mid-transport.

03 — Specialised & Defence-Related Freight
Some freight needs more than careful handling — it needs the right authorisations. Our experience runs from specialised textiles through to tank tow trucks, and where a shipment requires specific licences or defence-related clearances, we bring in the correct, authorised partners to handle that part of the job properly.
This is a dedicated capability, not an add-on to standard project cargo — the documentation, security and compliance requirements are different, and we treat them that way.

04 — Preferred Supplier Access
Two decades in this industry means a global network of freight forwarders, customs brokers and specialised hauliers — but a big network only helps if it's used properly. Every partner in ours is vetted, curated and ranked by their actual experience and expertise, not just their coverage area.
That matters in practice. We wouldn't use our LAX air freight partner to handle a large RORO shipment — different cargo, different mode, different specialist. Matching the right partner to the right job is most of what makes this network worth having.

05 — National Port Coverage
We're based in Darwin and Melbourne, and between the two offices, we have every major Australian port covered for both imports and exports — not just on paper, but through live project work moving through them regularly. Timber exports move through Fremantle, Townsville and Darwin. Manufacturing equipment comes in through Adelaide. General imports and exports, including vehicles, move through Melbourne and Brisbane. Darwin remains home ground for Beetaloo Basin and Northern Territory resources work, but national reach was never optional — it's how the business actually operates.

06 — Customs, Compliance & Export
Nothing sits waiting on paperwork. Our team of customs brokers manages the documentation, licences and permits required for timely imports, and for exports, ensures compliance with both the destination country's legal requirements and Australian permit requirements — agricultural products being one common example, alongside the timber, equipment and vehicle exports we handle regularly.
